GeneTREGene Transcription Regulatory Elements (GeneTRE) is an interchange format for exchanging gene transcription factor connectivity network data. The GeneTRE data format can be integrated as a new data type in the Bio-SPICE Dashboard. Additionally, a GeneTRE domain-specific Java API has been for Windows and Linux.
