You need to download and install the following modules in this order: 1.judm install for windows http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/Projects/biocomp/downloads.asp?req=downloads/dashboard/judm_install_win-1.0.3.nbm or judm install for linux http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/Projects/biocomp/downloads.asp?req=downloads/dashboard/judm_install_linux-1.0.3.nbm 2. jUDM Data Type APIs colection for Dashboard http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/Projects/biocomp/downloads.asp?req=downloads/dashboard/dashboard_api_collection-1.0.3.nbm 3. mageml Data Type http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/Projects/biocomp/downloads.asp?req=downloads/dashboard/mageml_type-1.0.0.nbm mageml Analyzer Example ================================== The integrated data type can be used in workflows to analyze data or other biological processes. However, you might need to write your own analyzer in order to add new behavior to your workflow. For that reason, we provide an example analyzer that uses the integrated datat type. You can use this example to write your own analyzer and to get familiar with this data type: mageml Analyzer Example http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/Projects/biocomp/downloads.asp?req=downloads/dashboard/mageml_analyzer-1.0.0.nbm mageml Analyzer Example Source http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/Projects/biocomp/downloads.asp?req=downloads/dashboard/mageml_analyzer-source-1.0.0.nbm General Dashboard module installation instructions =========================================== For module installation instructions see the BioSpice web site (https://community.biospice.org). The GeneTF Data Type for Dashboard module depends on the following Dashboard modules: - Dashboard Core Module > 6.0.3 - Non-Java Module Installation Support > 1.0.4 These modules can be downloaded by using the Update Center (Click on "Update Center" on the "Tools" Menu in Dashboard), or you can actually go to http://updates.biospice.org/ in the browser of your choice and see the actual contents of the "Update Center".
